As women, we have been taught by this culture that our worth is directly correlated with the appearance of our body.

Even though this belief is untrue, for many of us, this belief has infiltrated our mind, and has ended up controlling our sense of self, how we relate to others in relationships, and how we interact with food and exercise.

These CONSTANT thoughts of “not good enough”, or body obsessions in whatever way, are not our natural state. 

Our natural state is one of peace, self love, and neutral thoughts about our body. 

This is what I help you achieve in body peace coaching.

Body Peace FAQs


-“Can I still create body peace if I have fat loss as a goal?” 

Yes! Because they actually have nothing to do with each other.

Creating body peace is not about changing the appearance of our body.

It’s about removing our WORTH from the appearance of our body.

So, we can create body peace whether we want to lose weight, stay the same, or gain weight.

Understand, there’s a big difference between having an aesthetic preference, and having our worth attached to our aesthetic preference…

With the first one, it’s JUST a preference, and it doesn’t affect our sense of self.

With the second, if we don’t have the aesthetic we desire, thoughts of our body consume our mind, can control our life (along with our relationship with food and exercise), and degrade our sense of self.


-“Is learning how to love my body part of creating body peace?”

This is similar to the question above, but different…

My work is not necessarily about you “loving your body”, or “not loving your body.”

Because you “not loving your body” is not the root problem.

The root problem is having your worth attached to the appearance of your body.

But, if you want to love your body that’s wonderful! And yes, you will learn how to do that here.

But, my work is really about you loving YOURSELF.

Learning how to FULLY love yourself as a whole being…regardless of what your body looks like.

In creating body peace, you’re learning how to transcend the thoughts of “I’m not good enough” that are preventing you from fully feeling your own self-love, and experiencing deep inner peace.
