What is Online Personal Training?

The Main Package

The main online personal training package consists of a strength training program customized to your unique body, delivered through email, with instructional videos and education.

(This program can be created to do at a gym, or at your home with minimal equipment necessary.)

This is a one-time fee of $150.

This main package also includes the ability to ask questions through email, exercise tweaks (whenever needed), progressions (when appropriate), and a 15-minute monthly virtual form check (where I check your exercise form over Zoom.)

(We do your initial form check within the first week of you receiving your training program.)

This is a monthly fee of $135


Add Ons

If you would like more help from me, you can add any of these on to you package whenever you like:

  • Additional 15 minute form checks: $35/session

  • 30 minute virtual training sessions: $65/session

    (Where we go through your whole workout together, and I train you from start to finish.)

  • Daily Monday through Friday workout accountability check-ins (through email): $95/month

This is especially helpful if you struggle with workout consistency. I can not only remind you of your workouts and keep you on track, but if I sense you falling out of your habit, I can coach you through it :)

 
 
 
 

Who May Not Be a Good Fit For Online Personal Training?

People who have numerous aches and pains and/or numerous injuries.

I am able to work around a couple of these thing with online training. One to two, three max.

But, if someone has a lot of injuries/aches and pains, there becomes a point where online training is no longer safe, and this person needs an in-person trainer.

About My Style of Training

I am not a ‘drill sergeant’ type of trainer. I am more of an ‘encouraging friend’ type of trainer.

I definitely encourage you to work hard (when your body is ready for it), but I will not be screaming at you. I am here to give you a quality program, and support you along the way :)

My biggest priorities with strength training are that it needs to be:

-Safe

-Effective

-Efficient

In that order.

I am not about long tedious workouts.

Nor am I about workouts that make you think they’re effective because they’re super intense.

I am about safe workouts that make you feel confident in your body’s abilities.

AND

Teaching you how to do them in the most efficient way possible.

Your workouts are going to make you feel amazing!

You are going to feel better physically and have more energy afterwards :)
